    1. Do You Ship Worldwide? Yes! We ship across the globe.

    3. Is Order Tracking Available? All US Orders have shipment tracking, Most international orders to Europe, Asia and Australia have tracking, however for some areas however this is unavailable. All customers receive a confirmation email when their order is dispatched, if tracking is available it will be included there.

    During checkout, payment is processed in Australian dollars.

    You can transact via Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay. American Express, VISA and Mastercard are all accepted. 

    All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Paypal or Shopify and we do not store any sensitive information. 

    SALES TAX We are required to charge GST in Australia, VAT in the UK and Europe, and Sales Tax in various American states. These taxes are added and visible during check out.

    CUSTOMS DUTIES Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. Most countries are not charged any fees. Payment and responsibility for payment of customs fees is the responsibility of the end customer. 

    UK Post-BREXIT: If your total order amount is more than 135 GBP, VAT and customs duties will be payable and customs declarations will need to be made at the border.

    Basketball Forever takes your privacy and security seriously.  Our online store payments are processed through Stripe, Paypal and Shopify using the highest standards of data encryption and PCI compliance. Your Credit Card information and sensitive data is encrypted through Secure Tokenization and never stored on our servers. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256.     Basketball Forever is committed to creating products that meet our customers' high-quality standards. We are constantly working with our suppliers to ensure high-quality standards are meet. If an issue has occurred with your order, please find the respective section below and follow the steps listed. 

    • Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Goods: Please contact us via customer@forevernetwork.com within 15 days of the package being received. Any claims received after this date may not be able to be processed, this timeline is set by our third party suppliers. We will then work with our suppliers to ensure they rectify the situation. In these cases, additional costs are covered by third party suppliers.

    • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or you listed a PO Box which couriers can not deliver to, then the shipment will be returned to our suppliers' warehouse. We will contact you to confirm an updated address with you, and you will be liable for the additional shipping costs. For this reason please ensure you submit an email address that you check regularly, and add customer@forevernetwork.com to your contact list to ensure we can contact you and avoid spam filter issues. We are unable to provide refunds for customer error providing an incorrect address due to the stress it places on our small team. 

    • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed they are also returned to our suppliers' warehouse. You will be liable for any additional shipping costs. For this reason, it is advisable to specify an office address where packages can be delivered at any time, not just when you are at home. 

    • Lost In the Mail: We will reprint and resend at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information (if applicable) state that the package has been delivered, Forever Network and our suppliers will assume no responsibility, but will work with couriers and shipping providers to attempt to resolve the issue. For this reason, we recommend shipping to office addresses, and double checking your shipping address is correct.

    Unfortunately, we do not refund products for buyers remorse, or size exchanges. We hope to provide these services in the future however as a small business, it is impossible at this point in time.
