        1. Do You Ship Worldwide? Yes! Made in California, shipped everywhere!

        3. What Currencies are accepted?  You can toggle between AUD and USD at the top of every page. You can transact via Credit Card, Paypal and Apple Pay.
        4. Do you deliver to PO Boxes? Some couriers do, but it is not recommended.
        5. How much does Shipping Cost? Shipping cost are shown during checkout and vary depending on product weight and your location. It generally ranges from $3-10 USD in the US and $4 to $15 for worldwide shipping. 
        6. How long does shipping take? Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days within the US, 5-10 business days to Canada and 10-20 business days for international orders. Please remember to also account 3-5 days for fulfilment, we're a small operation just getting started so please bear with us as we set up express shipping options.
        7. Can I Provide Feedback on a Product? Absolutely, please emails us: customer@forevernetwork.com and we might even give you a discount code.

     Basketball Forever uses various third-party suppliers to print, and dispatch orders.

    Once your order is placed on the store, as a general rule it takes 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc) and 2-5 business days to create non-apparel products (posters etc).

    Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of you placing the order. Tracking options are available for some orders depending on location and the order. See Shipping and Delivery below for Shipping times. 

    Printing and fulfilment is done in the United States, sunny: Los Angeles, California. 



    All our products are made, printed and distributed in the USA. 


    Our Shirts are printed on American Apparel with 100% Fine Jersey Cotton, providing a smooth and soft vintage feel. They're double stitched and will keep size and colour through many many washes.  Facric Weight is 4.3ox/yd2. The Inks we use have a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

     We offer posters in three sizes and two paper types: 

    • 8 x 10 Inch

    • 16 x 20 Inch

    • 18 x 24 Inch 

    1. Enhanced Matte Paper: offers museum-quality posters made on thick, durable, matte paper that is Archival and acid-free

    2. Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper: 10 mil thick, Slightly glossy and Fingerprint resistant. Luster is in between a gloss and matte finish, providing you with highly saturated, maximum ink coverage. Because of its saturation and resistance to fingerprints, luster paper is a popular choice for photographic prints.



    We Ship Worldwide. 

    Unfortunately due to restrictions on our suppliers we cannot ship to Cuba, Iran and North Korea.

    Shipping times vary depending on location, product and available to us at any given time. The below table is a rough guide:

    Continental United States: 3-5 business days.

    Canada: 5-10 business days.

    International: 10-20 business days.

    Remeber, fulfilment generally takes 3 business days, and then account for these shipping times.

    Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address, adresses where goods can be left at any time, such as office addresses are recommended.

    We reccomend you do not ship to PO Boxes, as many couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and you will be liable for additional shipping costs as a result.

    We use a number of repuitable couriers and postal services including USPS, UPS and FedEx. However, if you believe your goods were damaged during shipping, please contact us via customer@forevernetwork.com and we will work with our suppliers to solve the issue, at no cost to you. 

    Posters are shipped in posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps, and wrapped in paper to prevent damage.



    Basketball Forever takes your Privacy and Security Seriously. We do not handle Credit Card data and Personal Information. Our online store payments are processed through Stripe and Paypal. Your Credit Card information and sensitive data is encrypted through Secure Tokenization and never stored on our servers. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Stripe's decryption keys are stored on separate machines. For more information see their website. 



    Basketball Forever is committed to creating products that meet our customers' high-quality standards. We are constantly working with our suppliers to ensure high-quality standards are meet. If an issue has occurred with your order, please find the respective section below and follow the steps listed. 

    • Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Goods: Please contact us via customer@forevernetwork.com within 15 days of the package being received. Any claims received after this date may not be able to be processed, this timeline is set by our third party suppliers. We will then work with our suppliers to ensure they rectify the situation. In these cases, additional costs are covered by third party suppliers.

    • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or you listed a PO Box which couriers can not deliver to, then the shipment will be returned to our suppliers' warehouse. We will contact you to confirm an updated address with you, and you will be liable for the additional shipping costs. For this reason please ensure you submit an email address that you check regularly, and add customer@forevernetwork.com to your contact list to ensure we can contact you and avoid spam filter issues.

    • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed they are also returned to our suppliers' warehouse. You will be liable for any additional shipping costs. For this reason, it is advisable to specify an office address where packages can be delivered at any time, not just when you are at home. 

    • Lost In the Mail: Our suppliers will reprint and resend at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information (if applicable) state that the package has been delivered, Forever Network and our suppliers will assume no responsibility, but will work with couriers and shipping providers to attempt to resolve the issue. For this reason, we recommend shipping to office addressers, and double checking your shipping address is correct, including all apartment or suit numbers

    Unfortunately, we do not refund products for buyers remorse, or size exchanges. We hope to provide these services in the future however as a small business, it is impossible at this point in time.

    We accept Credit/Debit Card transactions, Paypal and Apple Pay payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or Paypal and we do not store any sensitive information. For more info see the Privacy and Security section above.

    From time to time we may run promotions, and giveaways in accordance with our Terms of Service and any specific Promotion Terms, please consult these if you wish to enter.

    • Taxes and Fees

    By law, we are required to charge Sales Tax on goods sent to Australia (all states) and California and North Carolina in the US, at the respective tax rate for that jurisdiction. These taxes are added on and visable when checking out. Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

    Our suppliers use water-based pigment inks (Brother GT-3), which are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, meaning they are safe for childrens' clothing and help reduce environmental waste. 

    • The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, biodegradable, 100% virgin polyethylene film. 

    • The kraft tubes are made from 100% Recycled content. 

    All shirts are American Apparel blanks made in the US. Printing and distribution is based in California, ensuring a sweat shop free supply chain.
